By downloading, installing, or playing Digital Soccer (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these Terms and the terms of the store (Google Play or the Apple App Store) you downloaded it from. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Digital Dash Games.

We may suspend or terminate your access to online features (such as multiplayer matchmaking or leaderboards) if we believe you have violated these Terms.
The App may offer optional in-app purchases, including virtual currency (such as gold) and the removal of advertisements. Purchases are billed and processed by Google Play Billing (Android) or Apple's In-App Purchase / StoreKit (iOS), not by us directly — refunds, billing disputes, and payment methods are handled by the respective store under its own policies.
Some features, such as real-time multiplayer, online leaderboards, and achievements, require an internet connection and depend on third-party services (Google Play Games on Android, Game Center on iOS) and our own server infrastructure. These features are provided on an "as available" basis and may be limited, changed, or discontinued at any time, including matching you with other players for online play.
The App, including its name, logo, graphics, code, audio, and all other content, is owned by Digital Dash Games or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of that content to you.
The App uses third-party services (advertising, sign-in, cloud save, and purchases) described in our Privacy Policy, each governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of these third-party services.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs or connectivity issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Dash Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to online features if you violate these Terms.
